I met Christos Piskopos, a night at the Speakeasy Bar, and one of the things that won me over immediately, apart from the perfectly executed drink he served me, was his kindness. Smiling and sociable without ever being overbearing. Christos is someone with whom, when you are at his bar, you will surely talk about more than just “what shall we drink today?”. Since then, our paths have crossed at other bars as well as at shows, where he is always a pleasant company. Look out for him at one of the venues where he works, and I guarantee you’ll enjoy a truly unique tasting experience.

It means that I read and prepared myself very well and many times that I got a team behind me to support me.

It is the nature of the profession like that that the one brings the other.

Anything out of the box and innovative from colleagues can give me inspiration

He/She should be communicative with visitors to the extent that each situation allows, generally well-informed, and clean in his work.
