The word Margarita sounds in Greek like the homonymous flower. The roots are not 100% verified, it may belong to the Daisy’s drink category, with tequila as its main ingredient. Margarita’s ancestor is also considered to be Picador, but its first presentation was in Esquire magazine in 1953. It belongs to the category of Sour Cocktails. It is known for the salt on its rim and the lime wedge. We will find it in different glasses depending on the fashion or the choices of each business.
The usual ratio for our cocktail is 2:1:1, so you can experiment according to the capacity of your glass.
